Why a greater homage is not made to this great native Welsh Prince in the North defeats me, I think he now and these associated locations make perfect historic sites for a meeting of 'hearts and minds' between patriots of Gwynedd Uwch Gwynedd with patriots of Gwynedd Is Conwy in a rally of Pobl Gwynedd Fawr to demand that Cadw includes Gwynedd Is Conwy in their Princes of Gwynedd Initiative. Now please Note and in great haste you have but two weeks to put in with Cadw an 'expression of Interest' but first you need to get a 'Greater Gwynedd Consortium' together asap and such which does have 'Business/Cultural/Historical Tourism Interests' to the fore. Get relevant documents off Cadw and get cracking ready to attend the next Cadw work shops in just two weeks time. Note the same must be done regards Dehuebarth, Powys and Glywysing asap or you will miss the boat and say good bye to grants to help towards your own schemes, for ideas search through this blog and do not be fraid to ask my advice.

On and up atop Castell Degannwy and what a splendid view, breath taking this photo was taken about 8:00 am. Managed to get up there even though I had slept night in a car and was feeling my age after a slow climb to top. But worth it, if you have not done this patriotic sight/site seeing then put in on your list of things to do before you die. I shall definatly return some time, hopefully before I die!

Below: A Patriotic Gesture of defiance and yes 'Banner Tywysog Gwynedd' is up side down in my continuing reminder of failiure of Gwladgarwyr Gwynedd to mount major patriotic protests at visit of Elizabeth II to Caernarfon Castle on 27 April 2010, near enough anniversary date of Edward and Eleanor presenting the cheering 'Cymric Crowd' with their first English Prince of Wales. Indeed nothing had changed in over 700 years, the 'Cymric Crowd' were still cheering the English Crown apart from two teenage girls who had great courage of conviction to rise up 'Baneri Glyndwr' under the nose of the English Queen as she stepped out on to the viewing platform of Eleanors Gate.

Pic above looking toward Castell Conway and pic below looking toward the site of Castell Degannwy. I will leave Northern Patriots of Gwynedd Fawr to rally there to rise up their national flags and heraldic banners. Pick a nice day and if you have a family, take the wife and kids for a Patriotic Picnic but, do so possibly over the August Bank Holiday, a mass mobalisation of all Gwynedd Patriots of Uwch and Is Gwynedd. Surely that would be spectaculer, so some one organise and I do not care who? just do it! Maybe visit tomorrow before or after Rali Abergele or alternative to, but still place flowers on their graves.
