CADW NATIVE PRINCES OF WALES INITIATIVE: Expression of Interest Questionaire.

.

OJEU
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST QUESTIONNAIRE

The Welsh Ministers requires the information sought in this questionnaire from suppliers responding to the OJEU Advert 1451 Castles and Princes of Wales Packages –Heritage Tourism Project dated 28th May  2010.  Responses to this questionnaire will be used as the first step to selecting suppliers to tender.  Failure to provide the required information, make a satisfactory response to any question, or supply requested documentation within the specified time-scale, may mean that suppliers will not be invited to participate further. If your submission is made jointly information must be supplied for all parties.

Evaluation Approach

Responses to this questionnaire will be checked for completeness and compliance before responses are evaluated. Where in the opinion of the Client the suppliers response is inadequate they may be excluded from further consideration.  Responses will then be assessed and as a result of this assessment potential suppliers will be selected to proceed to the next stage of the procurement.

Selection criteria will be as follows –

a)                 Supplier Track Record – the supplier must be able to demonstrate a successful track record of providing similar services.

b)                Supplier Capacity & Capability – Assessment of the totality of resources and core competences available to the supplier.

c)                 Supplier Economic & Financial Capacity – Appraisal of the financial information requested.
