I would suggest patriots consider it is time to give up the usual super patriot commemorations as Rali Cilmeri which has obviously reached some years back it's 'Use By Date' of any real patriotic or other useful purpose. Instead wise up out there and wake up to fact that despite much that's doubtful about Cadw's EU - HT Initiative (see earlier posts), there is much patriots could and should take advantage of it and yes! go grab grants as the 'Usual Suspect Culture Vulture Grant Grabbers' will do. Why should you do all the remembering all these years for nothing other than of great cost to yourselves. Hence, whilst the 'Grant Grabbers', many, if not most who have hardly bothered with commemorations are likly to fill their pockets and very nicely too! Don't be fools to Wales or yourselves, forget the Vainglorious Futility and Foolishness of Facebook Fantasy Fusilliers, get down to some real biz asap! Not least regards 'Hands Across The River' asap before the year is out, that's truelly and really Pwysig Iawn! So, you 'Northerners' do it!

    1. Much should be taken up in the rest of Powys and Dehuebarth too asap but it's the South that really concerns me and 'Hwntws' need to start focusing on their Medieval History, not least the Princes, Lords and Chiefs of the greater Glywysing (Morgannwg a Gwent).

Plus 'Hwtws' please lets have a lot more focus on Llywelyn Bren and less on Llywelyn ap Gruffydd of Gwynedd, this is the best way we can now counter CADW in the South, plans to promote Anglo - Norman Lords rather than out noble Welsh warriors who resisted their conquest and colonisation.

Patriots get real! the choice is simple boozing at Tafarn Llywelyn along with pointless speeches at Cilmeri Cenotaph or doing something of long term use to Country and Communities, not pubs or to boost egos and vainglory of those who as of yet really need to earn their spurs? In this case Adam Phillips has earned his spurs with his excellent work regards the annual Commemoration at the Holt Castle of Dafydd ap Gruffydd, the site where the Easter War of 1282 began. If Adam can do it on his own patch why can't other patriots do similar in their own back yard, I cannot fault Adam there, he is actually a very good example to others in this case.

    1. Suffice to say, I now advise all patriots to go down the 'Autonomous' road as done here with this excellent Elystan Godrydd Initiative in association with regional Gwledydd Royal Houses of Wales Initiatives as out lined in past posts of this blog. Nationally I suggest you work via Antur Llys Rhos Syr or other 'bona fide' proved bodies of sound medieval interest:
